It’s practical. It’s potent. And yes, it’s got a little sass.

You know the one.
The one that whispers things like:
“Who do you think you are?”
“You never finish what you start.”
“It’s safer to stay small.”
That voice isn’t your truth — it’s your programming.
And babe, it’s time for an upgrade.
So here it is, my Gold-Star, No-Fluff Process to kick limiting beliefs to the curb and replace them with something that actually serves your magic.

The 5Rs of Belief Rewiring
1. Reveal the Belief
First, we’ve got to name the crap that’s running the show.
Ask yourself:
- What’s the recurring pattern or block?
- What would someone have to believe to keep this story going?
- If my inner child were scared here, what would they be afraid of?
🧠 Example:
“I always self-sabotage” reveals the deeper belief: “I don’t trust myself.”
2. Recognize the Root and Role
Where did this story start? Who handed it to you?
Ask:
- When did I first feel this way?
- Who showed me this pattern?
- What has this belief been trying to protect me from?
✨ Spoiler alert: Most of your BS beliefs were designed to keep you safe, small, and accepted. They had a purpose. But you don’t need them anymore.
3. Reframe the Belief
Time to turn that mental junk mail into truth gold.
Ask:
- What else could be true?
- What would my Higher Self say instead?
- What do I know now that I didn’t know then?
💬 Example:
Old: “I’m not good enough.”
New: “I’m learning to trust myself more every day. And that’s enough.”
4. Rewire it Into Your Brain
This is the juicy part. We don’t just think new thoughts—we embody them.
Choose your method:
- Hypnosis or guided visualisation (close your eyes and live it)
- Embodied affirmations (say it like you mean it)
- Anchor it with breath, touch, or movement
- Repeat it daily—especially when your brain is soft and squishy (aka sleepy)
🔁 Repetition + Emotion + Safety = rewired reality.
5. Reinforce it with Action
The belief really lands when your body experiences it.
Ask:
- What would I do today if this belief were already true?
- How would I walk, speak, choose?
- What’s one small action that proves this to my nervous system?
Then go do it. No matter how small. Action is your exclamation mark.
Bonus Tip:
Start a “New Belief Receipts” journal.
Every time you act from the new belief — note it. Celebrate it.
