Breathwork Before and After Care

 

Before your breathwork session

Please make sure you do not consume any alcohol or caffeine before the session.

You can have a light meal at least one hour before the session. 

Make sure you will not be disturbed during the session, put any animals etc outside of the room. 

Make sure you have somewhere comfortable to lie down flat, with a blanket if needed. Please do not have a pillow underneath your head. 

Bring water, a journal and pen.

Please make sure you have watched the introduction video you were sent before the session. 

After the session

Please spend some time grounding, you can use meditation, water -bath or shower, or put your bare feet on the grass and breath deeply.

Make sure you have a nourishing meal and drink PLENTY of water.

Spend some time journaling what came up for you during the session.

 

Remember it is normal to have emotions coming up after the session! They are just coming up to be released, so allow them to do so.
